Acknowledgment of Country

I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which I live, work, make music, and teach - the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. I pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging.

I am committed to advocating for diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility in the spaces in which I live, work, make music, and teach. I believe in the importance and necessity of a focus on equity in music education and within the music industry; and in the value of creating a more accessible, accommodating, and inclusive music scene. I believe that everyone will benefit from a more diverse and inclusive music scene in which the voices of female, non-binary, transgender, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, and POC musicians are uplifted.
